Summer Shrimp on Plantain Chips-Take your guests to the beach with our tasty summer shrimp tossed in a light lemon-garlicvinaigrette served on fun plantain chips.

Second Course – Passed Hors d’ouevres (Choose 3)

Rosemary & Parmesan Encrusted Lamb Chops-Succulent, frenched lamb chops makes these babies perfect for passing. Rolled in a coating ofherbs, spices and parmesan, this culinary tour de force will surely make your party the talk ofthe town. Served with our version of garlicky “mojo” sauce.

Lambi (Conch) Spring Rolls-A Caribbean delight for our exotic food lovers! Marinated conch with cabbage and carrotsturned into a crispy spring roll. Accompanied with our sweet chili sauce.

Third Course – Fritaille Bar (Choose 3 Meats – sides included)

Turkey Wings-Seasoned, marinated and grilled, this one is a sure hit. We slice wings into bite size (ok twobites) chunks.Served from the skewer.Pork Chunks-We’ll let you call it pork chunks while we lovingly call it “griot”…translation – “awesome”.Served from the skewer.
